As a service of Comanche County Memorial Hospital, we are able to make the transition from the hospital to home as seamless as possible. We work with physicians and case managers to ensure the proper equipment is ordered and delivered to your home, if necessary, by one of our expertly trained staff. We will provide home set-up and training and will be available for return visits.
We are fully accredited by the Joint Commission Accreditation Healthcare. As a service of Comanche County Memorial Hospital, we offer a full range of equipment and products to meet the needs of our patients and friends.
