Spirit of Survival 2024

Elmer Thomas Park | spiritofsurvival.com Cancer Center, Lawton | spiritofsurvival.com For many years, Spirit of Survival has been an integral part of the Lawton community and Southwest Oklahoma. It brought participants both locally and from around the country to participate in support of the fight against cancer. This event has been very near to our hearts since its beginning as it is a beacon of hope for those who have battled, continue to battle, or have lost a loved one to cancer. The return of Spirit of Survival will look different this year. Thanks to a partnership with the Major Taylor Cycling Club of Oklahoma, we will be hosting four lengths of Bike Tours starting in Elmer Thomas Park on Saturday, October 5th as well as a Children's Fun Ride. Sunday, October 6th, we will host three events at the Cancer Centers of Southwest Oklahoma to include a 5K, Spirit Walk and Kids' Bubble Run.
