McMahon Tomlinson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
A REPUTATION OF COMPASSION
From its very beginning, McMahon Tomlinson Nursing Center was created by community leaders with the vision to be Lawton’s premier, non-profit nursing center.
Since 1963, when it was opened on land donated by Emma & Curlee Tomlinson, with funds donated by the McMahon Foundation, MTNC has provided outstanding, short-term respite care and long-term residential care.
We are proud that for 50 years we have helped residents improve or maintain their independence, in a home-like environment surrounded with people who genuinely care about their well-being.
STATE-OF-THE-ART AMENITIES
The 82,000 square foot facility offers long-term and skilled nursing care.
Another feature of the facility is the large Charles S. Graybill Rehabilitation Center which includes:
- Rehabilitation gymnasium
- ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Apartment
- Exam Room
- Men and Women’s locker rooms
Seven Nursing Stations have also been strategically located throughout the facility to provide close proximity to nursing professionals to ensure access to prompt, dependable care. The community-minded design allows residents to walk from one “community” to another.

Located on ten acres, a walking path behind the property features beautiful landscaping and a pond.
