- Term Life Insurance in the amount of one times annual base salary up to a maximum of $250,000, subject to insurability at standard premiums, provided by CCHA master plan.
- Malpractice Insurance will be covered during residency.
- Heath and Medical Care employee-only coverage insurance, including dental insurance, subject to insurability, provided by CCHA master plan.
- Premiums, which are equivalent to the full-time employee current premium rates, are to be paid by doctor and will be reimbursed through the biweekly payroll.
- Short-term and Long-term Disability insurance is available to full-time employees on an elective basis annually during open enrollment. Premiums paid by the employee.
- Annual non-cumulative leave of 20 business days per contract year. If days not used they will be lost as of June 30th. (Leave time will be figured from July 1 – June 30.)
- Eligible for FMLA in compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1994.

- PVCS Vision Benefits – group vision coverage is available to full-time employees on an elective basis annually during open enrollment. Premiums paid by the employee
- Breakfast and Lunch will be provided to resident Monday – Friday in the physician lounge.
- $500 discretionary fund – reimbursed with receipts fund will be lost if not used by June 30 of the academic year.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP training will be provided through the hospital education department.
- Additionally for Emergency Medicine Residents ATLS will be provided by an outside agency and will be paid for by CCMH.
- Two sets of scrubs and 2 physician monogramed coats will be provided in first year. Subsequent years resident will be given up to $200.00 stipend reimbursed with receipts for uniforms fund will be lost if not used by June 30 of the academic year.
- Resident will receive a one-time stipend up to $1,000, reimbursed with receipts per Hospital Travel Policy, to attend Conference to present their research project and/or take boards.
- American Medical Association dues will be paid.
- American College of Emergency Physicians dues will be paid.
- Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association dues will be paid
- Oklahoma Osteopathic Association dues will be paid.
- Oklahoma State Board of Osteopathic Examiners License will be paid throughout residency.
- Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs will be paid once.
- Drug Enforcement Administration paid once.
- American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physician or ABEM In-Service Examination will be paid.
- Textbooks deemed mandatory by program director will be paid once throughout residency
